The Early Beginnings
It all began in my second year of college, a time when ambitions and self-discovery were intertwined. I decided to embark on a journey to build muscle. My college had a gym, and my commitment knew no bounds. Each morning, long before the world stirred, I would rise at 4:30 a.m. and make my way to the gym by 5.

The initial days were nothing short of a challenge. Every muscle in my body seemed to protest, urging me to give up. Thoughts of quitting frequented my mind, but deep down, I knew that giving up was not an option. Months passed, and miraculously, the impossible started to feel attainable.

As fate would have it, the pandemic disrupted life as we knew it, including the closure of gyms. Undeterred, I adapted and turned my hostel room into a makeshift gym. I maintained a strict diet, incorporated natural protein sources, and continued my workouts.

Now, with unwavering dedication, I’ve achieved a physique I’m proud of, maintaining a five-pack even with just five days of rigorous training each week.
